Wide doorways come as standard, and a range of fixtures and fittings throughout the apartment have been included to make life just that little bit easier, such as sockets that are placed at the right height to prevent you having to bend down, as well as lever taps on all the sinks. All rooms in the apartments also benefit from a Tunstall Intercom call system that links directly to our on-site support team in the care home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Many of the apartments benefit from Juliet balconies and panoramic views towards Lady Park, the ancient hunting grounds dating back to the 13th century, and across the Coppice Brook Valley to the south.
All the apartments benefit from electric heating, double glazing and should you have a car, parking is available. Buyers can also take advantage of our interior design service, which takes away the hassle of furnishing your new home and provides you with a complete furnishings and décor package.
