We’ve teamed up with telecare specialists Tunstall to provide a mobile trigger alarm and reassurance pull cords in shower-/bathrooms and bedrooms and unlike other retirement scheme operators, our support team are based on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so should you need some assistance in the middle of the night you’ll speak to someone familiar, not a call centre.
For added peace of mind our camera entry system that will link to your TV, also allows you to see who’s at the main entrance before you decide to let them in, and for additional safety, our comprehensive CCTV network around the development is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another important feature is our automatic fire detection system that is installed in all apartments and communal areas. This is linked to the Tunstall call system and automatically summons the on-site staff team.
Upgrades to our telecare service are available such as fall detectors, temperature sensors and flood detectors at extra cost.
