Try before you buy allows you to start off renting your award winning home at a more affordable level than the market rate.
Then, if you like it, you have the option to buy the home before or at the end of the agreed rental period.
If you purchase your new home within the first 12 months of renting we will also deduct the full rent from the sales price!
