Unlike other retirement scheme operators, our support team are based on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so should you need some assistance in the middle of the night you’ll speak to someone familiar, not a call centre.

For added peace of mind our camera entry system can be linked to your television set allowing you to view the lobby and see who’s in the entrance area before you let them in. We also have a comprehensive CCTV network around the development which is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Upgrades to our telecare service are available such as fall detectors, temperature sensors and flood detectors.
