The Milford Care Group is an award winning provider of care services across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire so you can be assured that we’ve got the experience and the knowledge to cater for your changing needs.

All our staff are professionally selected for their reliability, skill, integrity, professionalism and friendliness. All new employees complete the rigorous Milford Care induction programme and all our staff regularly undertake training in various aspects of care delivery and mandatory fields. All our care staff have already achieved or are working towards a Health and Social Care National Vocational Qualification or Diploma at level 2 as a minimum.

Our care team is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC are a government body who inspect Care Homes, Hospitals and all other Care Services in England to ensure that they adhere to the requirements and regulations laid down by the Health and Social Care Act (2008). This Act sets out the key principles which define high quality and effective service and these form the core of Milford Care’s own policies and procedures.

We’ll be there to support your highs and your lows. So, should you need a little extra short-term help or even long-term assistance, our on-site support team will work with you to develop an individual plan enabling you to live independently in your own home. If you simply want some help with the weekly shopping or require daily personal care, our team of care professionals will be happy to provide services to meet your requirements.
